Key Policy
Refund Policy:
At RoboYantrix Inc. our goal is for students to be motivated to continue with the program.
However, if a student is not able to continue for the course a refund will be done on a Pro-rata basis for the number of classes the student has already attended
Makeup Class Policy:
a) We remain committed to scheduling ONE make-up class per month
b) Make up sessions will be scheduled after discussion with the student/parent
Collection of information policy:
All personal information collected by paper or electronically will be kept within RoboYantrix Inc. and will not be disclosed to anyone for soliciting purposes. The information is accessible by RoboYantrix Inc. staff to contact families or schedule classes.
Payments:
All payments will have to be done by cash or cheque. Cheque is to be drawn favouring RoboYantrix Inc.
Disclosure of Your Information:
RoboYantrix Inc. does not disclose any non-public information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law. We disclose information only when it is necessary under circumstances where disclosure is required by law. Information may also be disclosed for audit purposes, to regulatory agencies or for other general administrative services. We do not disclose information about you to other entities who may want to sell their products to you.
